David Akers is a former NFL kicker known for his resilience, skill, and dedication on and off the field. Despite early career setbacks, he became the Philadelphia Eagles' all-time leading scorer and a six-time Pro Bowler.

He holds numerous NFL records, including the most points in a decade and the longest field goal tied in 2012.

Beyond football, David founded "Kicks for Kids" to support children facing challenges in the Greater Philadelphia area, raising nearly $1 million for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Akers now lives near Nashville with his wife, Erika, and their three children.
